GWE has the rights to develop AREC plants using advanced thermal conversion technology licensed by C6 Technologies, Inc. (“C6”) and manufactured by Prestige Thermal Energy Pty. (“PTE”).

The GWE team is experienced in energy technology, project finance and power plant development, with many years’ directly applicable prior experience at other power plant development and energy investment companies. The team is involved in the entire value chain from site identification to interconnection and commissioning.

Kevin M. Dailey
CEO

Kevin has over 35 years of experience in property development, public finance and municipal law. His advisory business has represented developers and construction firms in New York State, where the primary emphasis has been successful interaction with municipal governments and State regulatory agencies. He served as the Town Supervisor (CEO) of Clifton Park for 4 terms. He is a graduate of Alfred University (B.A.) and Hofstra University Law School (J.D.) and is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the Federal Courts.

Richard Bingham
CTO

Richard is one of the founders of PTE, the organization that has pioneered the advanced pyrolysis process. He brings with him a significant knowledge of the technical aspects of the technologies being employed and commercial experience in their implementation.

Richard is considered one of the world’s top Thermal Technologists. He has been closely involved in the development, manufacture and optimization of thermal equipment across all industries for more than thirty years. He has worked for PTE since 1997 and completed over 175 projects for them around the world. Richard stepped down as Managing Director in 2009 to enable him to concentrate on the Waste to Energy Sector and provide a significant contribution to the management of GWED and C6. Prior to PTE, Richard was at Efco Furnaces South Africa (Pty) Ltd from 1981, where he was Managing Director from 1986 to 1997.

Ronald J. Rosa Sr.
Chairman/Director & Founder

Ron is a founder of GWED. He has a background in electrical engineering, and is a successful entrepreneur and investor in numerous businesses, as well as being the owner of a successful chain of restaurants in the NE US. He has a wealth of contacts in the local and national government and business communities in the US and Caribbean. Ron was very active in the formation of GWED, its capitalization and its initial marketing efforts.

James R. Pfeiffer
VP Special Projects

James is an investor in Green Waste Energy. In 2017 Pfeiffer took on the role of VP of Special Projects. He has been working to develop business for GWE while also working with state government contacts to promulgate the green benefits of the energy generated via pyrolysis. Pfeiffer has presented the concept of extending the definition of clean energy solutions to county, state and foreign governments. Pfeiffer is a member of the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) and is a member of SWANA's Conversion Technologies Technical Division.

Christopher Hutton
Founder & Non-Executive Director

Chris is Chairman of PTE, has been associated with PTE for more than 10 years as a non-executive director and has been involved with the development of PTE as a group. Chris is also a director and employee of Pyromet Technologies, now TenovaPyromet, for over 22 years. During this time he has overseen the successful implementation of large capital projects on a worldwide basis. Chris brings a wealth of technical, commercial and corporate experience to the PTE board.

Joel Arcus
General Manager GWE Development Africa

Joel has years of experience in the green industry and he is the COO of a company that manufactures and sells aerobic digesters. He has a background in Financial Management and Project/Portfolio Management and is a shareholder in an ITC company for the last 7 years. He is jointly responsible for the sale of PTE technology to the first abattoir in South Africa.

Scott Newquist
Non-Executive Director

Former Executive Managing Director of Kidder Peabody and Company, a subsidiary of GE, in charge of Investment Banking and Merchant Banking. He was also a Partner at Morgan Stanley & Co. where he raised and managed the $1 billion Morgan Stanley Leveraged Equity Fund I. Scott has an MBA from Harvard and was a George F. Baker Scholar.

John N. Daly
Non-Executive Director

John is President of IMMS LLC, a third party investment management marketing firm. During 23 years with E.F. Hutton, he ran the Syndicate Department, the Commodities Division and the Asset Management Division. After that, he worked at Salomon Brothers and headed the Private Client Division and International Equity Capital Markets. John is a graduate of Yale University.

Peter J. Cornell
BOARD OF Directors

Peter is the President & CEO of Pike Development. He brings over 47 years of development and finance experience to the Pike team. He has previously served as the President of several of the largest real estate development companies in the New York Region. He has been responsible for the development of 6.5 million square feet of commercial property with value of $1.5 billion dollars; 2 million square feet residential, senior and student housing with value of $350 million dollars; and has managed 19 million square feet of commercial property with value of $3 billion dollars. Peter has strong relationships with lending institutions encompassing a broad range of financing and is well-versed in broad range of traditional and innovative financing as well as state and federal economic development tax incentives. He has a clear understanding of complex and innovative ownership and financing structures, with emphasis on tax consequences.

PAUL BINGHAM

Paul has operated at PTE since it opened its doors in 1997 and has fulfilled the capacity of Project Manager on various projects, local and abroad. Paul has been hands on in all aspects of the business and with over 18 years of experience in the Thermal Industry Paul has the commitment, knowledge and skill required to manage various types of projects from the early design and conceptual stages right through to actual site installation.

DAN FINKLE

Dan is President and Owner of Captech Logistics a 3rd party logistics warehouse. Dan started the business with an empty warehouse 7 years ago and now has projects in 115,000 square feet of space. From 2019 to 2020 Captech revenue has increased 50% from the prior year. He started his Management career 25 years ago taking over Finkle Distributors and grew it from a company with 25 Employees doing 15 million in Sales to a Company doing 425 million in Sales with 325 Employees before he sold it 12 years ago to CoreMark a National Convenience Store Distributor. Dan has expertise in all aspects of Business from Operations, Purchasing, Marketing, Sales, Finance and organizing for growth. Dan has a BA and MS from SUNY Plattsburgh.
